Not only Ca+ and Mg+ inclusions salts are dissolved in the water, which are removed by means of water softening filters. Other salts, especially chlorides (Clx-), sulphates (SOx-) and nitrates (NOx-) are removed by the VES desalting filters (VES desalting cartridge).
The control indicator for this process is the electrical conductivity of the water, which should be less than <10 µS/cm. During operation, the electrical conductivity of water in the heating system increases, but it must not exceed 100 µS/cm.
